Month-Of Coordination 

 

With the availability of planning sites like The Knot, Wedding Wire, and Pinterest, more and more couples find themselves able to do much of their own wedding planning. But however savy you may be at picking out the best vendors, finding your dream venue, and designing the perfect tablescapes, you still want to be able to enjoy your special day without worrying about the details. That's where Chiara Events comes in!

 

Month-Of Coordination includes includes pre-wedding coordination like contract review, communication with vendors regarding wedding day logistics, creation of timelines, and a vendor checklist to ensure all i’s have been dotted and t’s crossed. On the day of the wedding I provide personalized day-of coordination. This includes vendor management, setup of decor, timeline orchestration and executing your wedding exactly as you envisioned it.  

 

Partial Planning & Coordination

 

Partial Planning is perfect for the couple who has begun their wedding planning themselves but has found they need the assistance of a planner to finish the job. In addition to all Month-Of services, a partial planning package might involve budget review, sourcing vendors, finalization of contracts or assitance with decor design. Contact me for a detailed consulation to determine your exact planning needs.

Full Service Planning

Full Service Planning is the ideal choice for couples who are just beginning their wedding planning and find that they will need personalized assistance for the entire process of planning their wedding.
